Thank you to all the participants, sponsors, and volunteers who made the 2011 Bethany Beach Firecracker 5k a success!!! With more than 300 people crossing the finish line, it was a tremendous turn-out. Because of your support, we will be able to make a significant contribution to the Bethany Beach July 4th Parade. Thanks again – see you next year!

The 2009 starting line.

Welcome to the 2011 Bethany Beach Firecracker 5k run and 3k walk. The run/walk event is on Sunday, June 26th at 8:00 a.m. in downtown Bethany Beach, Delaware. The course loops through Bethany’s scenic streets. Hope you will join us and support a great cause!

The event will be very similar to last year – except that walkers will complete a 3k course! (runners complete the same 5k course from 2009 and 2010).
